We build with purpose.
ModernCraft Renovations combines thoughtful planning, disciplined construction, and attention to detail to create better residential spaces.
Built on the work
ModernCraft Renovations is a residential renovation and construction company based in Denver, working all over Colorado. We take on interior renovations, design + build projects, and exterior work.
We focus on clear planning, quality construction, and clean finish work.
Plan carefully. Build correctly. Finish well.
Good construction starts with a clear plan. We work through scope, sequencing, and materials before construction begins, so the project runs smoothly and the finished work matches the plan.
The ModernCraft Standard
Craftsmanship
Details matter from framing through final finish.
Quality
Work should be built correctly, not simply completed quickly.
Transparency
Clients should understand what is happening throughout their project.
Accountability
We take ownership of the work we perform.
The process
Consultation
We walk the space with you and talk through goals, budget, and constraints.
Planning + design
Scope, drawings, and material selections are settled before construction starts.
Construction
We build to the plan and keep you informed as the work progresses.
Final walkthrough
The project ends when the work is finished correctly — and you agree.
All of Colorado
We’re based in Denver and work all over Colorado. If your project is anywhere in the state, we’d like to hear about it.
